How Big Is Monster Sessions? The Truth.

When people see Monster Sessions online, they might assume there’s a large company behind it. A big office. A huge staff. Entire departments handling every detail.

The truth is much simpler, we are not large at all.

Monster Sessions is built and operated by a very small team of people who deeply care about music, education, creativity, and the students we serve.

Every email, every social media post, every flyer, every website update, every phone call, every late-night planning session, every student check-in, every travel preparation conversation — it all comes from a small group of people wearing multiple hats every single day.

Things We Do:

  • We manage the website.

  • We handle leads and student communication.

  • We design the graphics, the flyers & social media posts you see.

  • We create the marketing campaigns.

  • We direct the creative vision.

  • We make the calls and reply to messages.

  • We help students prepare to travel to Los Angeles and other cities.

  • We organize schedules, partnerships, content, logistics, and experiences.

And we do it because we genuinely believe in what Monster Sessions represents.

This school was never created to feel corporate or distant, I actually created Monster Sessions for students who were local to LA – I never imagined anyone ever flying from another state to attend an event.

It was created to feel real, and I thought that would come from people I already knew, and people I knew that knew me.

I know what it’s like to be an aspiring creative trying to find direction. I  know what it feels like to search for music opportunities, community, mentorship, and access to professional rooms that can change your life. That understanding is built into everything we do.

While we may be small in numbers, the vision behind Monster Sessions has always big, not for me, but for others, for sure.

I care deeply about the details because I care deeply about the people attached to them. Every student who trusts Monster Sessions with their time, energy, money, and dreams matters to us. That responsibility is something I never take lightly.

There are bigger music schools, and some people could probably stay online to learn. Bigger schools have bigger teams and budgets.

But I believe there’s something powerful about building something with intention, heart, and hands-on care.

At Monster Sessions, you’re not just another enrollment number in a system.

We actually know the people who join us. We communicate with them. We help guide them. We celebrate their growth.

And as we continue to grow, that part will never change.

Because behind all the content, branding, events, and experiences… are real people working hard to create something meaningful for the next generation of music creatives.

I look forward to hosting bigger events this year and beyond. I look forward to meeting new students. I even look forward to hosting music events in different states & cities.

Thank you to everyone who has been following the journey, there is a lot more to come.

I’ll see you guys in July!

Love.
