Monster A&R Is Forming Into A Record Label

Monster A&R has been paving the way for music creatives around the world since 2016 through their innovations in talent development and placement opportunity preparation for music artists, songwriters & producers.

Monster Sessions Founder, Dame Taylor will be working through his powerful industry network to form a board of directors consisting of former and current record label A&R's, artist managers and attorneys to build a record label for artists to thrive in a "fair music business environment".

The label's first signing will come from its current stable of talent music producers and songwriters. "This is something I've wanted to do for a long time, but it's hard to trust people in this music industry, while protecting the best interest and well-being of our creatives," says Dame. "Joining forces with some really powerful and trustworthy partners has signaled that this is the right time."

Taylor, who is self-funding the label, strategically, will look to produce and release music internally, solely with Monster A&R members. He adds it's too early to define their creative priorities or projects, noting, "I'm hoping our sonic aesthetic starts and ends with artistic passion, sincerity and individuality of the artists we sign."
